POOR FLOOR GROUTING AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF REAR COOKING/PREPPING AREA MUST BE ADDRESSED. ALL FLOORS MUST BE KEPT DRY, TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. FLOOR DRAIN UNDER ICE BIN AT THE BAR & UNDER SODA DISPENSER IN REAR MUST BE KEPT CLEAN ALSO. WALLS AROUND PREP STATIONS & AREAS AROUND GARBAGE BINS MUST BE FREE OF FOOD STAINS & MAINTAINED. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.
