The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. NOTED PEELING PAINT ON UPPER WALL (BY LEFT STAIRCASE) IN THE GYM AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. INSTRUCTED TO FIX STRIPPED COLD FAUCET HANDLE AT HANDSINK IN ROOM 006.----- MUST REPAIR LOW WATER PRESSURE AT HANDSINK (4TH SINK-FAR RIGHT) IN GIRLS WASHROOM (1ST FLOOR).
