LEAKING ON THE HOT HANDLE OF THE 3 COMPT SINK FAUCET. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. ALSO WATER KEEPS ON DRIPPING ON THE FAUCET OF THE 3 COMPT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR TO STOP DRIPPING CONTINOUSLEY.

Loose ceiling tiles in kitchen prep area shall be repaired, walls by prep tables that had peeling paint, shall be repaired/sealed.
