The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS NEED CLEANING IN BOILER ROOM(STANDING WATER). REPAIR THRESHOLD UNDER BOILER ROOM DOOR.

SEAL ALL OPENINGS AROUND PIPE FITTINGS BEHIND TOILETS AND UNDER SINKS IN ALL WASHROOMS.
