OUTSIDE GREASE CONTAINER NOT MAINTAINED. WITH GREASE DRIPPING AROUND THE RIM OF THE LID AND ON TOP OF THE LID. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
MUST INSTALL A SPLASHGUARD BY THE EXPOSED HAND SINK AND WATER HEATER IN THE PREP AREA. MUST SEAL THE RAW WOODS. MUST PROVIDE DRAIN COVER FOR ALL THREE SINK OF THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
