The south kitchen wall is exposed brick, seal the wall so it is smooth, sanitary and easy to clean from top to bottom. All food should be properly protected from contamination during storage, preparation, display, service, and transportation. The ice machine and soda dispenser ice bin have dirty/rusty buildup inside the chute and interiors; wash, rinse, and sanitize the above. The 3-door prep cooler has a leaky coil and dirty water is collecting inside the cooler, sanitize and repair the cooler so water drains per code.
The dumpster doors have large holes gnawed out of the plastic lids, replace the doors so they are rodent proof and tight fitting. The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance.
The cutting boards are dark and stained, clean or replace soiled cutting boards. The exhaust filters do not fit, repair the filters so they fit. Clean off the dust buildup on the ventilation duct supports above the kitchen. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
The floors have dirty buildup and damaged baseboards under the first floor chest freezer and 3-compartment sink, clean and repair all said areas so they are smooth and sanitary. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
Provide a sanitary scoop and holder at the basement ice machine. Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination.
Exposed glass bulbs found in the kitchen exhaust hood. Provide shilded lighting inside of the kitchen exhaust hood. Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.
