VENT IN LADIES TOILET WITH BUILD UP DUST, 3COMP.SINK,MICROWAVE OVEN INSIDE TOP WALLS AT FRONT KITCHEN WITH DEBRIS,AND VENT ON HOOD IN REAR KITCHEN PREP AREA WITH EXCESSIVE DUST BUILD UP,NEEDS CLEANING. MUST CLEAN PLASTIC CURTAINS IN WALK IN COOLERS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WALLS BEHIND STORAGE SHELVES IN WALK IN COOLER WITH FOOD STAINS NEEDS CLEANING.ALSO REPAIR OPENING ON CEILING TILE IN LADIES TOILET.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. WALK IN COOLER FLOORS WITH WATER AND DEBRIS NEEDS CLEANING AND MAINTAINING DRY AT ALL TIMES.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health.
