CEILING VENT COVER IN THE DISH WASHING AREA AND POTS/PANS STORAGE ROOM WITH ACCUMULATED DUST. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN. MUST READJUST THE DOOR SWEEP OF THE 2ND AND 4TH DELIVERY DOOR.
LEAKING ON THE PIPE UNDER THE 2 COMPT SINK IN THE SALAD AREA. MUST REPAIR TO STOP THE LEAK.

Exhaust vents(ventilation) in production areas, prep areas, walk in coolers, and bathrooms not clean need detailed cleaning. leaking faucet in dishmachine area shall be repair. Exposed insulation around pipes in production area shall be repaired/sealed.
Walk in cooler shelving racks that had peeling paint, shall be replaced, reach in cooler shelving that had rust, peeling paint, shall be repaired/replaced in production areas, and in salad production area.
Non food contact surfaces of walk in cooler shelving, reach in cooler shelving in production areas, salad production areas need cleaning.
Floors in walk in freezer, walk in cooler, not clean need detailed cleaning(corners), floors in receiving, rear storage areas and dock areas not clean need detailed cleaning.
Ceiling tiles in production areas not clean need detailed cleaning, walls that had peeling paint, peeling plaster in locker room area shall be repaired/sealed. walls in walk in cooler that had gaps on bottom, shall be repaired/sealed. Walls along wallbase in dish machine areas had gaps on bottom of wall, shall be sealed.
Broken light shields in dish machine areas, and men's locker room shall be replaced. light shields in production areas, prep areas, and bathrooms(1st floor, 2nd floor )not clean need cleaning(detailed).
