MUST PROVIDE ADEQUATE REFRIGERATION UNITS TO STORE FOODS FOR OPERATION. CRITICAL 7-38-005(A) ISSUED. NO CITATION ISSUED.
REMOVE CONTACT PAPER FROM SHELVES AND PREP TABLES. PAINT RUSTY RACKS INSIDE REFRIGERATION UNIT AND PREP COOLER. PROVIDE SHELVES/RACKS FOR DRY FOOD STORAGE ITEMS.
