FOLLOWING IN NEED OF CLEANING AND MAINTAINING: INTERIOR SURFACES OF ALL CABINETS BEHIND FRONT SERVICE COUNTER, POPCORN CABINETS, UNDER ICE MACHINE, AND INTERIOR SURFACE OF ICE MACHINE IN REAR AREA.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roof line. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE VENTILATION INSIDE FAMILY RESTROOM.
