Above had no hot running water under city pressure at time of license inspection on 12/09/2010.No citation issued due to license inspection on 12/02/2010.
Found fron entrance door not rodent proofed, door had 1/4 inch gap on bottom of door, no citation issued due to license inspection on 12/02/2010.
Cooler shelving, storage shelving, racks not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices), display counter shelving not clean need cleaning.
Floors under heavy equipment, storage shelving, racks not clean neerd detailed cleaning. floors in bathroom, storage room, and furnace closet need detailed cleaning.
Damaged, stained ceiling tiles in bathrooms, sales floor areas shall be replaced. Walls that had peeling paint, shall be repair.
Broken light shield shall be replaced, light shields need cleaning.
Must provide self closing mechanism to bathroom doors.
Must provide exhaust fan to bathroom.
Excess debris and clutter in rear storage areas shall be removed. Stock items must be stored six inches off of floor to prevent pest harborage.
