All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. THE BACK DOORS NOT RODENT PROFFED. THE MAIN DOOR HAS A ONE INCH OPENING ON THE RIGHT SIDE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR AND THE SCREEN BACK DOOR HAS A ONE FOURTH INCH OPENING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO MAKE BOTH DOORS TIGHT FITTING AND RODENT PROOFED. PROVIED A RECIEPT AND A PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK FROM A LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANY.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. SEAL OR PAINT ALL THE RAW WOOD DOORS,DOOR JAMS AND BASEBOARDS (COVING).
