The Wyndham Pittsburgh Hotel University Place is a luxury hotel located in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, close to the city's medical and educational districts. The hotel, a member of the Wyndham family of inns and hotels, is within walking distance of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Presbyterian Hospital, Children's Hospital, Montefiore Hospital, and Magee Women's Hospital. This hotel is also a short walk or ride to several institutions of higher education including the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, Carlow University, and Duquesne University.
