Pease District Park is located on forty-two acres of land and includes basketball courts, volleyball courts, a swimming pool, one field that can be used for multiple purposes and almost three dozen picnic tables. The park is part of the Shoal Creek Greenbelt and is a popular area for West Campus residents who want to host barbecues or outdoor parties. Pease Park is best known for the annual festivals held at the facilities. Eeyore's Birthday Party and a yearly Jazz Festival both take place at the park.
