The Inn Above Tide

At The Inn Above Tide, guest rooms just out right over the water's edge for unmatched views of San Francisco Bay and the majestic city skyline. The hotel has 29 rooms and suites, each with its own teak furnished private deck facing outward toward Alcatraz, Angel Island or the Marin County coastline.

Nine different room configurations are available, ranging from the King Superior and Queen Deluxe units priced at under $350 per night to the Vista Suite and the Penthouse with rack rates of $925 and $1,025, respectively. Many rooms come with fireplaces, and all feature high-speed wireless Internet access, oversized deep-soaking tubs, and large flat-screen televisions. The hotel also provides DVD players and an in-house library of films, plus in-room binoculars for whale or dolphin watching.

Complimentary continental breakfasts and evening wine and cheese receptions are provided to all guests. Morning newspapers are delivered to the rooms, overnight shoeshines are gratis, and in-room dining is available through Room Service of Marin. Pets, however, are not allowed.
