The Flood Building

The Flood Building is located at 870 Market Street, San Francisco, California. This building is a historical landmark dating to 1904. It has withstood several earthquakes and natural disasters. It has also stood against the thought of demolition. The worst earthquake in the city happened in 1906, where a fire broke out afterwards. The building was able to survive to become a premier office building for small and large companies.

Today The Flood Building has 250 different tenants, with offices around the globe. Many flagship stores like Gap, Urban Outfitters, and Antropoligie are located at the Flood Building. Several Consulates are also housed in the building. Renovations in the late 1990s made it possible for the building to remain, as well as become a powerhouse for several businesses. Floor plans vary slightly based on the type of space one needs. Amenities as part of the leases include office suites of 152 square feet, competitive lease rates, and a full commission is given to brokers. Tenants get 24 hour access, use of the elevators, and an architecturally appealing building for their offices. Views from the upper floors include the bay area and city. Onsite management makes it possible to answer tenant requirements with ease.
