The Fabulous Palm Spring Follies

The Fabulous Palm Spring Follies is a Broadway- caliber theater. Entertainment in Palm Springs, California is varied with casinos, desert hikes, and tramways. The Follies Theater offers evening entertainment such as dance, comedy, and music. All of the performances come from the 40s through the 70s. The cast is an older generation with many ranging in age from 56 to 81. They are known as the Long-Legged Lovelies and the Follies Gentlemen. All cast members are from a time when Vaudeville acts were popular.

The Fabulous Palm Springs Follies present a variety of shows throughout the year. For holiday seasons they generally have Christmas shows running from November to December. They also have a New Year's show. A new show they have had for 2010 celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Follies. The Follies show offers Doo-Wop, Disco, and a variety of other performances from 4 different decades. The stage used for performances is at the Historic Plaza Theatre.
