Sunset Ranch Hollywood

Sunset Ranch Hollywood opened in 1929 as a place for day and evening horseback rides. They also have the Sunset Dinner Ride, which began more than 50 years ago. Sunset Hollywood Ranch is found in Los Angeles, California providing a great view of Hollywood from the top of the mountains in the area.

Kids' parties, 1 and 2 hour day rides, lunch rides, and evening rides are all possible at Sunset Ranch Hollywood. Kids' parties are $40 per person and a minimum of ten riders are required. Kids get a 30 minute group lesson on how to ride and then an hour ride on the trail. The 1 to 2 hour day rides are first come first serve rides. They do not take reservations. The tours are guided through Griffith Park with views of LA basin, Catalina Island, and the Pacific Ocean. The two hour ride takes visitors up Mount Hollywood for a panoramic view of Los Angeles.

Day rides are $25 for one hour and $40 for 2 hours per person. The lunch rides are the same as the dinner rides, only with meals. There is a $75 per person charge and $30 processing fee. Reservations for meal rides are required.
