Pelican Hill Golf Club

Pelican Hill Golf Club, located in Newport Beach, California is a pair of three golf courses all designed by golf course architect Tom Fazio. The two courses are Ocean North and Ocean South. The 36 holes are all spread over 400 acres of reserved land that make up the Irvine Ranch Land Reserve. Course designer Tom Fazio has more courses in the top 100 than any other golf course architect in the country.

Ocean South is known for its fast greens and sweeping fairways. Golfers must use each of their clubs while playing Ocean South. The course cuts in and out of ravines and has a lot of uneven topography making it very challenging. There are sudden drop offs of up to 350 feet. Both Ocean South and North were designed to open up the views of the Pacific Ocean to the golfer.

The golf club features a full service restaurant, pro shop, and multi-purpose facility rooms. Aside from golf, Pelican Hill Golf Club is a favorite spot for weddings, reunions, and weddings. The Southern California weather combined with the location of Pelican Hill makes it an ideal meeting location. The golf course is a 15 minute drive from John Wayne Airport and a 45 minute drive from Los Angeles International Airport.
