Outpost Estates

Outpost Estates was one of the very first neighborhoods in California and is a canyon neighborhood in Hollywood and Hollywood Hills. Outpost Estates was one of the original 1920's Hollywood luxury residential neighborhoods and is home to celebrities, entertainment professionals, and fabulous historical architecture, surrounded by nature, trees, and dramatic hillsides. The neighborhood may be rich in history and reflect the past but is only a short walk or drive to the new, revitalized downtown Hollywood that is full of shops and fine dining.

The neighborhood is run by the Outpost Homeowners Association, a non-profit organization, dedicated to serving the needs of Outpost Estates, Hollywood homeowners. The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of every month at the home of one of the Board members. The neighborhood has maintained its charm due in part to the Outpost Homeowners Association. The upkeep and grooming of the neighborhood is assisted by the homeowner's fees and because of the money the neighborhood has maintained its charm and character over the years. What was once home to many celebrities and stars is now an eclectic neighborhood full of antique stores, unique boutiques, and fun to eat at places. Tours are available and maps of homes can be purchased.
