Nokia Theatre


Adjacent to the Los Angeles Convention Center, the Nokia Theatre in downtown Los Angeles boasts being the ultimate in live entertainment.

The 7,100-seat venue keeps all guests within 220 feet of the stage, providing a mid-sized theater for an intimate setting. The theater hosts about 120 events every year, featuring popular artists, such as the Eagles, Mary J. Blige, and the Dixie Chicks. The venue also hosts awards shows, family shows, corporate events, product launches, and television broadcasts.

Visitors can find 20,000 parking spaces within a short walk of the theater. The Nokia Theatre's first national awards show broadcast is the American Music Awards in November 2010. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster and at the Staples Center ticket office Monday through Friday for advance purchase. The Nokia Theatre's ticket office only opens three hours prior to an event and stays open through intermission. The venue is a non-smoking establishment.

The Nokia Theatre is located 20 minutes northeast of Los Angeles International Airport. Within walking distance of the theater visitors can also see the Grammy Museum, the Jonathan Club, Pershing Square, and Angels Walk. Other nearby sites include Walt Disney Concert Hall, Museum of Contemporary Art, Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, and California African American Museum.
