G2 Gallery

The G2 Gallery is located at Abbott Kinney Boulevard in Venice on the Westside of Los Angeles in California and is approximately seven miles from the international airport. The gallery was opened in 2008 by Daniel and Susan Gottlieb and focuses mainly on art exhibitions featuring wildlife and other environmental subjects. It opens 11am to 9pm Tuesday to Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sundays but remains closed on major public holidays.

Exhibits change periodically but generally showcase nature and wildlife photography by artists from around the world passionate about the environment. Nature LA is a program that showcases the work of nature and wildlife photographers from the Los Angeles area. Exhibits feature the works of many photographers dealing with various environmental subjects whether they are ocean, arctic or wilderness scenes.

The gallery dedicates some evenings to having informative lectures, live music and documentary film screenings as well as fundraising events. The gallery is very modern and open with the main exhibits located up the stairs. Downstairs, visitors can purchase various items from the gallery's gift shop with all proceeds derived from art sales at the gallery donated to environmental causes.
