Remarks: 3 small birds flew across the nose from left to right. Two struck the rt wing leading edge, one of them approx 3 feet inside of the wing tip. No damage noted.

Remarks: While continuing the takeoff, the MC smelled fumes, most likely from the #1 engine ingesting the bird. The MC donned oxygen masks and landed. No remains were found in the engine. No damage occurred. This bird strike will also be reported as Class E report 20020521MXDP075E.
