Remarks: AFTER T/D, PILOT SAW DEER RUN ONTO RWY INTO PATH OF A/C. HE ADDED POWER TO EXECUTE A GO-AROUND BUT A/C DID NOT RESPOND PROPERLY. A/C WAS OBSERVED CIRCLING THE ARPT & GOLF COURSE AT A VERY LOW ATTITUDE SEVERAL TIMES. A/C THEN MADE A STEEP L TURN, L WING HIT A TREE, NOSED DOWN & HIT THE EDGE OF THE 7TH FAIRWAY. THERE WAS SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO A/C. PILOT MINOR INJURY, PASSENGER, SERIOUS.
