MOR SHOWS LOCAL CONTROL ISSUED SEVERAL BIRD WARNINGS AND ESTIMATED THAT THE BIRDS WERE CIRCLING AT 100-300 FT AGL APPROX 1-2 MILES OFF APCH END OF RWY 32. CAPTS REPT INDICATED POF WAS APCH. WHILE HE WAS ON APCH TWR ADVISED OF A FLOCK OF STARLINGS NEAR THE FINAL APCH CORRIDOR. CREW SAW 1 SMALL BIRD PASS OVERHEAD WHILE DESCENDING THRU APPROX 500 AGL AND NO OTHER SIGHTINGS OR INDICATION. DURING POST FLT INSPN, EVIDENCE OF A BIRDSTRIKE WAS FOUND ON THE LIP OF #2 ENG AND OUTBD SECTION OF RT WING FLAPS.
