IF THE PENETRATING OBSTRUCTIONS CANNOT BE REMOVED OR LOWERED, WE RECOMMEND THAT THE THRESHOLDS BE DISPLACED AND APPROPRIATELY MARKED, SO AS TO PROVIDE A CLEAR APPROACH SLOPE SURFACE TO EACH RUNWAY END...
