Went the store #920 today April 12th 2022 I had the worst experience pulled up to drive-thru and ask about the Cajun filet sandwich I was told but they don't have any Cajun filet ask about another product and in the process of asking about a different product the drive-thru attendant was very nasty so therefore I will decide to go inside the store walked and was told the Lobby was closed the doors are open we walk back out the store the manager and another employee we're standing outside we ask for the district manager's phone number she said she can't give us the district manager's personal number but we can go online and get a number to call corporate so what the problem was that we let her know about how rude to drive to attendant was it about the food that we had wanted to get although she solved the problem by getting us food and allowing us to come in because once again they said that the lobby was closed but yet the doors were open she tried to apologize for the rudeness of the young lady that was in the Drive-Thru I tried to let her know about how things should be I don't ever plan on returning back to this location it is the closest location to me this is ridiculous the amount of customer service is just terrible the amount of rudeness was just terrible you need to tell me that you're writing a business and you don't have products to offer to your customers and even after getting my order my order was still wrong I asked for a case of fillet sandwich and got a Cajun filet biscuit and the 5tenders I receive were old and dry and the manager was the night shift manager
