Call to register for classes or drop-in (call in advance). We offer hands-on instruction in yoga postures, breathing, mudras and relaxation, small classes and friendly encouragement for yoga students of all levels. Yoga teachers are Certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance.
Reiki: Reiki, a Japanese energy-healing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation, encourages the body to relax fully and deeply which allowing the body to do what it is naturally programmed to do ... heal. Reiki works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic methods.
Reiki training will give you the tools to treat yourself, loved ones, pets and plants in just a one-day class.
