We are a women's only fitness studio in Sandy Springs, Ga that provides semi-private training for women of all ages and fitness levels. Our training style is a combination of circuit training, strength training and body weight training. The Get Fit Now Method is designed to help you lose fat, and tone up while increasing your strength and energy. Our sessions last for 45 minutes and during a typical session you will burn 500-1000 calories. If you're new to strength training we have a 101 session ever Saturday where we teach you proper form. We also provide customized nutrition that fits with your schedule and fitness goals.
