    --Per staff, they are now spreading the hot food items on a tray then put them in the walk-in cooler to cool rapidly. There was nothing cooling at the time of the follow up inspection.

    --They now have the discard time written on the rice container in the sushi bar. Staff stated that they discard the rice after four hours.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --The facility was clean at the time of the follow-up inspection.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --The floor under the fryers, dish machine were clean at this time.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --There is soap available in the wait area hand sink at the time of the follow-up inspection. Comply everyday.
