Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
--Handwash sink in the Meat Department appears to be supplied with only hot water, or is not properly adjusted for pre-dispensing to prevent the water from getting too hot. Using my digital thermometer, measured the temperature of water, which was 130*F. Issue being, employees cannot properly wash their hands if the water is too hot, with no way of adjusting the temperature of the water. Alos, this can be an employee safety hazard.
