--Product in the top of the pizza prep unit is being held at 44.2 deg. F. Much of that product is not potentially hazardous. Potentially hazardous foods are to be held below 41 deg. F.
Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
--Handwash sink in the kitchen had ware in the bowl. Also, there was no sign at that handwash sink. This matter was corrected during inspection.
