    --Working container in storage area, used for storing a chemical taken from bulk supplies, was not marked with the common name of the chemical. The container was labeled during this inspection.
  • Cooling Methods & Food Containers Used/Arranged (46.384(c)(d))
    --Observed cabbage rolls being cooled in refrigerator in containers with tight fitting lids, which is not a proper cooling method. The lids were removed and bags of ice were placed in the refrigerator to help with cooling process.
