--Two food employees were observed touching cheese, hamburger rolls and vegetables, which are ready to eat foods, with their bare hands. Instruct employees to handle ready to eat foods with utensils, deli paper or gloved hands.

--Plastic food storage containers are being used as food dispensing utensils for flour, sugar and rice and they were stored in direct contact with the food. Purchase scoops with handles and stored the scoops with their handles above the food.
- Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
--There is an accumulation of grease and food debris on the drip tray for the broiler and table under the broiler. Grease accumulation was also noted on the filters in the exhaust hood. Clean the drip tray, table and filters to remove the grease.
- Insect Control Device Design & Installation (46.922(c))
--An insect control device in the basement food prep area was located above a table on which utensils were stored. Remove the fly strip and locate it away from all food and food contact surfaces.
- Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
--Soap was not available at the hand wash sink in the kitchen area. Supply soap to this sink immediately and at all times. Corrected
- Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
--Observed cases of food stored directly on the floors of the produce walk-in cooler and main walk-in cooler, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required. Remove all food from the floor and store it on an available shelf.
- Materials for Surfaces that are Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.522)
--Cloth towels were observed in the bottom of the slide top cooler at the bar. Remove the towels from the cooler. Do not place absorbent material in coolers because it may allow for the growth of mold and bacteria.
