--Hot dogs were in a bag inside the cold-plate unit. The temperature inside the bag was 48°F. Potentially hazardous food must be kept at 41°F or less. Approval has not been given to prepare potentially hazardous food.

--No thermometer was provided for the cold-plate unit storing hotdogs. Approval has not been given to prepare hot dogs or any other potentially hazardous food.
Certified Food Manager (CFM)
--Unit is approved to sell popcorn and soda. Hot dogs were added without approval. The preparation of potentially hazardous foods require a Certified Food Manager (CFM). Limit foods served to that which were approved until/unless permission is granted by this Department and a CFM is employed.
