--A food employee was observed touching bread, and potato chips - a ready to eat food - with bare hands. Mr. Kunz talked with staff to ensure gloves are used. Future hand contact observed with ready to eat food will result in immediate discard.

--Raw beef observed stored above cooked green beans in the boiler reach in. Staff rearranged food storage practices to comply. Refer to the CCHD provided Proper Food Storage Chart. Inform staff, enforce through managerial team.

--Soda lines installed in ice bin and in contact with ice used for consumer beverages. Install a medium between the soda lines and ice in order to prevent contact. Observed at two locations in the bar area.

--Interior temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in cold hold units. Please provide interior thermometers in cold hold units where needed.
