There is a male that works during the day and he is a very rude person to the customers and the other employees. He rushes people through so he can get back to doing personal things like eating behind the counter and talking on the phone. My husband is a recent amputee that when he would go into store #12 the very rude guy behind the counter wouldn't even help him open the door to come in or leave when his hands were full from his purchases without anyone else in the store at the time and this happened to him on a couple of occasions from whether he was in his wheel chair or on crutches. This became the final straw for our family and we talked with our neighbors who also feel he is a very rude individual. My family use to visit this store #12 daily until I just could not handle his aggressive and negative attitude. However there were a couple of young African american woman that worked at that store #12 that have now been moved to another location and they were so friendly and helpful at the store that it made it feasible to go in during their shift. So, I started having my family to go down Western Ave. that is miles from my house instead of just a couple blocks like store #12 is. I think that says it all when a person would rather travel miles instead of blocks to go to 7-11. I think his manager should watch his personality and the way his customers are treated and spoke to by him.
