KDA_3_30414B1 - --The white sanitizer bucket utilizes Quaternary Ammonia and measured 0ppm. COS-the person in charge refilled the bucket with fresh sanitizer and now it is reading 200ppm.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the true reach in cooler there was a plastic food grade container of raw chicken at 44.5F. The door to the unit has been opened and shut for the lunch rush (less than 4 hours). The ambient air temperature of the unit is reading 37.2F. COS-kept door shut.
KDA_5_20212A - --The handsink was reading 85.4F and the 3 compartment sink was reading 80.2F at the beginning of the inspection. COS-the hot water tank heated back up and now both are reading 100F+.
