KDA_3_50116A1 - --There was a pan of meatballs in the steam table that measured at 107F. PIC stated she placed the meatballs in the hot hold unit approximately 30 minutes prior. COS- PIC reheated the meatballs in the microwave to 165F before returning them to the steam table.
KDA_4_60111A - --There was a plastic food storage container with old sticker residue along the side stored on the clean utensil rack in the back. COS- PIC moved the container back to the 3 vat for additional cleaning.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is mold build up along the upper inside surface of the bulk ice unit in the back.
KDA_5_20213 - --The spray hose attached to the faucet on the directly plumbed 3 vat sink hangs below the flood rim providing no air gap.
KDA_5_20315 - --The dual check valve with intermediate vent is installed upstream of the carbonator pump in the dining area. There is no dual check valve with intermediate vent installed on the carbonator unit at the fountain machine by the drive through window.
KDA_6_50116 - --There was a mop with a handle stored in the mop bucket not allowed to properly air dry. The mop was not in use by staff during inspection.
KDA_7_20111B - --There was a working spray bottle of glass cleaner hanging on the dry storage rack in the back directly above bottled drinks and soda machine syrups. COS- PIC moved the chemical to a different area with other chemicals.
KDA_Defacto - --3 vat not set up, employee explained process. QT test strips were provided. --sliced tomatoes 40 (make table 1) sliced ham 41 (make table 2) meatballs 40 (walk in cooler) --There is a pest control company contracted, no paperwork provided. No activity.
