KDA_3_50116A1 - --In steam table: meatballs were 128.6F. Corrected on site (COS): person in charge (PIC) reheated meatballs to 174.8F. KDA_3_50116A2 - --On MT 2, grilled chicken was at 46.5F. The pan had been filled past the fill line. Table was filled at approximately 6:30am. COS: chicken moved to freezer for quick cooling, then stored properly on MT. KDA_4_60111C - --There is a buildup of syrup residue on the black boxes behind nozzles on all three soda dispensing machines. KDA_5_20212A - --The water at the handsink in the women's restroom reached 98.4F after approximately three minutes. The water at the handsink in the prep area reached 76.6F after approximately five minutes. KDA_7_20111B - --Coffee pot cleaner was stored on a shelf over the prep table. COS: Cleaner moved to chemical shelf. KDA_7_20911 - --On the back storage shelves, an employee purse and jacket were stored over tea urn liners and in contact with paper towels for hand sinks. A second jacket was in contact with catering trays and plastic cups. COS: PIC moved personal items to an appropriate shelf.
