KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the RIC there was a open package of sliced pepperonis without a date. The owner said it was opened on 11/14/15. COS-date marked the package.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --In the reach in cooler there was a plastic lid with cracks and being used on a container for sliced salami. COS-discarded the lid and covered the container with cling wrap. On a lower shelf there were 2 plastic square containers with broken edges. There were also 3 round plastic containers with cracked edges. On an upper shelf there were 3 lids with cracks. COS-discarded.
KDA_4_60111A - --On a shelf there were 13 white round plastic food grade containers with clear plastic wrap that was still attached to the edges of the containers(can hold bacteria). COS-pulled and set aside to clean.
KDA_7_20111B - --In a plastic tote there was a working spray bottle of bathroom clean and a working spray bottle of window cleaner being stored directly on top of the hot water tank. COS-removed chemicals. (Note: no leakage detected).
