Let the cook know that the food items need to be removed from these bags.
- KDA_3_30212 - --In the drink prep area there are unlabeled items that the barista identified as frappe powder, caramel, and chocolate.
- KDA_3_30414B1 - --There is a wet wiping cloth sitting out on the counter by the espresso machine in the drink prep area.
- KDA_4_10111A - --There are sausage rolls stored in a Sterilite container in the cooler in the kitchen. This is a multi-purpose container that has no markings on it indicating it is a food grade container. There is foil lining the bottom of the container, but not the sides. The sausage rolls are touching the sides of the container. There are oranges in a similar Sterilite container with no markings indicating it is a food grade container. The oranges are in direct contact with the plastic of the container. Let the cook know the issue with this container and containers like it that they have elsewhere in the establishment. Let her know that they can completely line the inside of the containers with foil if they would like to use them.
- KDA_4_60111A - --In the true cooler in the kitchen there is a container of sausage rolls. There is a sticker on the outside of this container that was identified as remaining from the original manufacturer's labeling at the time of purchase. The cook said they do wash these containers prior to using them to store food. Let her know that these stickers should come off in the washing process. In the basement there is a container of cinnamon rolls in the freezer. There is a sticker on the outside of this container that was identified as remaining from the original manufacturer's labeling at the time of purchase. - KDA_4_90312A - --There are clear to-go containers and a box of straws stored directly under the un-shielded drain line of the hand sink in the drink prep area.
- KDA_5_40211 - --The peppers were washed by being placed inside of a colander/strainer inside of the flood rim of a sink that is directly plumbed into the sewer line. A bag of tomatoes was set inside of another sink that is directly plumbed to the sewer line. Let the cook know that with their current set up, none of these sinks are able to have food placed inside for washing due to one having a garbage disposal attached and the other two being directly plumbed to the sewage system. If they wish to be able to do this, recommending that the center, or right sink (or both) be plumbed to drain into the floor drain the garbage disposal drains into.

- KDA_7_10211 - --There is a spray bottle in the drink prep area that has a rubbed off label that is no longer legible. The barista said that this was bleach water. COS - she re-labeled the bottle.
- KDA_7_20111A - --In the drink prep area there are spray bottles of bleach water, multi-purpose cleaner, and windex being stored directly next to sparkling water and cider mixes. COS - these chemicals were moved by the barista. In the front drink prep area there is milk frother cleaner being stored directly next to drink syrups. COS - the barista rearranged this storage. In the kitchen there are disinfecting wipes being stored directly next to aluminum foil and boxes of ziploc bags. Let the cook know that this needed to be rearranged.
