Manager did not have a current temperature log. 3 breakfast burritos, 2 slices of carrot cake (cream cheese frosting), and 1 slice of cherry cheese cake had been in this cooler for over 4 hours. Corrected on site (COS) - burritos, carrot cake and cheese cake disposed of in trash. Manager contacted repairman.
