KDA_6_50116 - --A wet mop is stored on the store room floor in a position that will not allow it to air dry KDA_Defacto - --3 vat sink - no wares cleaned during inspection - quaternary test kit available. --Cooking utensil fell on floor, employee used her gloved hand to pick up utensil.
