KDA_3_30211A1b - --There was a container of raw chicken stored directly above canned drinks in the walk in cooler. COS- PIC moved the drinks to a different area outside of the cooler.
KDA_3_50116A1 - --There was a container of cooked peppers on the front counter that measured at 79F. PIC stated the item was prepared 2 hours prior and was currently hot holding. COS- PIC placed the item in an ice bath for immediate and rapid cooling.
KDA_4_60111A - --There was one food storage pan on the clean utensil rack with old date sticker residue along the side. There was also a knife with old food residue on the food contact surface stored as clean on the metal strip. COS- PIC moved both items back to the warewashing area for additional cleaning.
KDA_4_90311B - --There were 3 plastic food storage containers stacked together wet on the clean utensil rack not allowed to properly air dry.
