Rag was placed in bucket. Two Buckets of chlorine sanitizer use for wiping rags, were tested for concentration. Both buckets tested at 0ppm. COS. Buckets were dumped and fresh sanitizer was made. KDA_4_20211A2 - --There was one cracked lid being used to cover the sausage gravy. COS. Lid was replaced and placed in trash can. KDA_4_60211E4 - --Located in the self-serve area, The soda machine ice chutes have visible pink mold in the area where the ice touches it. COS. Employee cleaned items. KDA_6_50112A - --The ceiling vent in the hallway mop closet has an accumulation of lent debris. The WIF floor area has an accumulation of dried food debris and trash.
