KDA_Defacto - --Establishment now has plugs for 3 vat sink as well as a container of bleach water on site for sanitization. --Water in cambro at 126F, water able to be heated on premise, so per Manhattan office, cambro is allowed for this low risk establishment.

KDA_4_10111A - --Sugar and made on site cooked nuts stored in non food grade plastic (sterilite) containers. Employee was able to remove the nuts from the sterilite, but not the sugar.
KDA_4_30112A - --No 3 vat sink, or temporary set up, on premise for employee to wash, rinse, or sanitize equipment/utensils dropped on site.
KDA_5_20212A - --Handsink is a temporary set up (cambro) which is allowed for low risk temp set ups as long as the tent has a way to heat up the water to 100F. Water at 49F in cambro used as handsink. No way to heat up water in the cambro.

KDA_4_10111A - FCS MATERIALS (safe) MATERIALS that are used IN the construction of UTENSILS and FOODCONTACT SURFACES of equipment shall be safe.
