KDA_3_30611 - --During serving, the food is set out on a steam table in the dining area. The food is served uncovered and unprotected from the consumers coming through the line to be served. Letting staff know that they either need to have a sneeze guard or provide another form of protection for the food being served.

These containers are not as durable and may break down more quickly. --The bleach for use on the dishes in the kitchen specifically says on the label, "Do not use on silverware." Recommending they get bleach that is approved for use on all food contact surfaces. --The wet wiping cloth is hanging over the edge of the bucket of sanitizer, rather than being stored inside of the sanitizer. Also - the sanitizer in the bucket is showing 0ppm chlorine.
