- KDA_2_30114H - --An employee wearing blue gloves placed raw hamburger patties on the grill. She then removed the gloves and was putting clean gloves on without first washing her hands. COS-educated, employee washed.
- KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the south west RIC steak burritos were 66.5F, breakfast burritos 65.8F, gravy 81F, yogurt 68F, and butter was 67.6F. The items had been in the cooler greater than 4 hours. COS-discarded.
- KDA_3_50119B3 - --At the make table sliced tomatoes were marked to use by 12:37 PM, cheese was marked to use by 12:36 PM, cut lettuce was marked to use by 12:37 PM, and shredded cheese was marked to use by 12:37 PM. The marked time was seen between 2:45 and 3 PM. COS-items were discarded.
- KDA_4_30111 - --The south west RIC was not holding PHFS at 41F or below. The ambient temperature was 70.3F. COS-discontinued use of the unit for PHFs.
- KDA_4_60111A - --Most of the dishes and containers stored as clean had food debris, grease build up and a greasy film on them. COS-dishes were moved to be washed.
- KDA_5_20212A - --At the beginning of the inspection, the south hand sink water measured no greater than 95F. The large 3 vat sinks had been filled with hot water. COS- After waiting a period of time the water later measured at 100F. The hot water tank appears to be small and may not be able to keep up with the demands of the establishment
