KDA_5_20515B - --The 3 vat sink and the food prep sink in the produce room have faucets that leak.
KDA_6_20211A - --The protective coating on the light bulbs in the deli hot case are deteriorating. Pieces are hanging off the bulbs.
KDA_6_20213A - --There was an electrocuting type insect control device (bug zapper) without a retaining device located in the doorway between the deli and the bakery. It was near the bread slicer and a side prep table. COS-removed.
KDA_6_50111 - --There is peeling paint and damage to the dry wall above the 3 vat sink in the produce prep room. The floor in the meat storage room is damaged and missing sections of vinyl.
